The Fitness Box is a newly opened Studio gym that offers personal training and a small group classes that focus on High intensity functional training. All classes and personal training are delivered by Adam Fowler, former Royal Marines physical training instructor and ex-head of strength and conditioning at Leicester Tigers. The classes concentrate on coaching of functional movements that are then carried out during interval training, it is constantly varied and will leave you with a sense of achievement. Personal training can be tailored to your personal fitness goals and targets, whether that is improvement of general fitness, weight loss, increased lean muscle mass or toning.

Book a 2 hour slot between April - October and create an event with a difference! Book the site alone including Tipi, Gazebo shelter, Climbing Frame, Tyre Sandpit and Fire pit area... Then choose from optional extra's to create the party of your little one's dreams.
